The first issue of the school newspaper “APOSTOLoff TIMES” for the 2025/2026 school year is here! This issue is the first in a long time to be developed entirely by our students—with new sections, interviews, their own creative design solutions, and even a crossword puzzle!
Browse the pages to read the exciting texts by students who took part in a two-week Erasmus+ trip to Porto, Portugal (each of them presents a different perspective on the experience, and the most unexpected is the story of the stolen tablet!). The adventure continues in the interview “Champions Beyond the Ocean” with our outstanding debaters, who made it all the way to Yale and returned with a pile of medals—personal, in-depth reflections, stories about their experiences, insights into American reality, and the challenges they faced!
You will also find the traditional sports article, featuring all our athletes from the first term who put the school’s name at the top of the rankings across a wide range of sports. In the second half—no less important—you’ll see pages dedicated to creativity, with short blitz interviews with two of our students, a cinema section, and the fantastic crossword by our twelfth-grader Katrina Korakova. At the end of this issue, we warmly remember the beloved Mr. Hristo Baydakov through his notes of students’ memorable phrases from the last school year he was with us.
