- High engagement of teachers and students
- Allocation of resources
- Community involvement
- High professional growth prospects for students
- Participation in various European initiatives
Factors Contributing to the Recognition:
At “Prof. Ivan Apostolov”, we achieve high results thanks to the following factors:
- Project-Based Learning: Most teachers and all students participate in project-based learning programs throughout their secondary education. The involved teachers teach various subjects related to science, technology, engineering, arts, mathematics, and entrepreneurship.
- Competitive Environment: Students participate in various national and international competitions, creating a competitive environment. They tackle different practical issues and come up with and implement vital social and innovative business ideas.
- Innovative Methodologies: The school’s innovative curriculum includes Agile learning methodology and Design Thinking in entrepreneurship education. This helps students acquire teamwork and leadership skills in entrepreneurship, ICT, and science.
- Mutual Support and Collaboration: The most experienced teachers and senior students mentor less experienced teachers and students in the project learning process.
- Blended Learning: Students are provided with blended learning environments, offering activities both inside and outside the classroom. They are encouraged to interact with local community and business representatives.
