We proudly congratulate our ambitious students on their excellent performance at the 26th Winter Student Conference of the Student Institute of Mathematics and Informatics (SIMI), held at the Faculty of Economics of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
The conference is one of the most prestigious national student events in the fields of mathematics, informatics, and information technologies, bringing together students from across the country to present original projects, defend their ideas before a jury of experts, and demonstrate skills in innovative thinking, real-world problem solving, and a scientific approach.
Under the expert guidance of their mentor, Ms. Anastasia Lyudmilova, a computer science teacher, our young talents competed with the best in the country and returned with prestigious awards:
Special recognition goes to Niya Nietresta, whose project “Coinfinity” was rightfully awarded a Certificate of Excellence and a medal. Coinfinity is an innovative educational platform for financial literacy that teaches students through play. Instead of dry theory, learners go through real-life situations such as saving, planning, and managing a budget, building useful habits and practical skills for the future.
Congratulations as well to our other participants, who proudly represented the school:
